Their property managers promptly replied to my request for a rental property inspection. I had made my request online and got a reply on the next business day. Impressive!!
On the day of the rental property inspection the property manager arrived EXACTLY on the scheduled time. Their property manager was friendly, easy to talk to, efficient and well informed in all aspects of the rental property.
My application was processed very quickly and yes, they did do checks with my references.
During the application for tenancy Wilson Property explained all aspects of what renting a property entailed. Thank you for that, as I haven’t been a renter for many years. The property managers made it easy for me, and I was very comfortable with all the info these people provided.
Wait till you see the condition report, these guys don’t miss a thing; and 300 odd photos later, I had to agree with their views on the condition of the property.
